Hi, I'm Jess.
I trained as a chef. I learned the bar from behind it. I've spent years building events for other people — and now I'm building them for mine.
Golden Hour Events is what happens when you stop seeing food as a service and start seeing it as the medium. Every menu I design, every drink I pour, every table I set is built around one idea — that the people in the room should feel held.
